1. Your Google+ profile — Complete it. Do this with some thought.
Make sure you use engaging photos and images, and link to your
other social media profiles. Upload plenty of photos of your
workplace, products for sale and other related, unique imagery, while
applying bold, italic and underlines text to match your homepage’s.
2. List your key information — In particular hours of operation,
contact details, as well as maps and directions. The About section of
your Google+ profile gives you a great opportunity to write about

or even something funny, sharing is caring for your Google+
network. Link out to your blog posts. In addition to having them
indexed nearly instantly, this also has a number of SEO advantages.
You can also use your Google+ page to create posts, complete with
multimedia that can link to your pages elsewhere. The possibilities
are staggering.
Take it to the next level, by commenting on what other people are
sharing. +1 their content, leave a quality comment. Be involved.
That added exposure will naturally draw people to add you to their
circles and increase the chances of your content being shared with
their circle of influence.
5 Utilize Direct Connect — Utilize this feature in Google+ to let
people to add you to circles whenever they find you in search. Think
of this as a Facebook “Like”.
• Contact all Gmail users on your email lists. Filter your email
marketing list to create a sub-list of subscribers with Gmail accounts,
and then send this group a message informing readers of your new
Google+ Local page. Politely request that they “+1” your page or add
you to their circles, as social signals like these are playing a larger
role in SEO than ever.
6 Engage ! – Be sure to communicate with fans and followers who
care enough to comment or share their own content with your
Google Plus profile. Always reply in a timely manner and be helpful
whenever possible. You catch more followers with honey, or in this
case, being nice.
