Black America hosted its first Town Hall meeting to discuss the “The Way Forward: Post Obama in the Trump Era”. We were joined by Dr. Christina Greer, Associate Professor of Political Science at Fordham University, Dr. Eddie Glaude Jr.,Chair of the Center of African American Studies at Princeton University and Rebecca Carroll, Editor at WNYC and Critic-at-Large at the LA Times. We took questions from our audience and Facebook live, while covering topics of concern such as healthcare, the respect or lack of by our President for black America, Black Americans gunned down by police officers, HBCU and Black excellence.
